Bag Tag orders are shipped using the US Postal Service via standard first class delivery. Please allow between two to three weeks for delivery of your personalized engraved bag tag order.Refunds
Any engraving errors will be corrected and reshipped with at no additional charge. Refunds are only available if there is a defect in the material itself or due to production errors. Order Cancellations
All orders must be cancelled in writing via e-mail within 5 business days of placing your order. Shipping Claims
